Welcome to Fetiche. By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to play by the following house rules. They’re short, simple, and designed to keep everyone’s toes happy.

1. Who We Are

We’re Fetiche, we sell socks you’ll probably love too much. Our store runs on Shopify, but when you buy here, you’re buying directly from us.

2. Age & Accounts

You need to be old enough to legally shop online (sorry, toddlers with credit cards). If you create an account, keep your details safe. What happens in your account is your responsibility.

3. Our Products

We do our best to show off our socks honestly, but screens lie. Colours may vary, your feet may look hotter than the model’s, and product details may change without warning.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can accept or decline it (rare, but possible). Once payment clears, your socks are on their way. Please double-check your order before clicking “buy”, once it’s in motion, it’s hard to undo.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices can change at any time, we’re not married to them. Taxes, shipping, and any customs charges are extra, unless stated otherwise. You agree your payment details are legit, and you’ll cover the cost of your order (including any extras).

6. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). After that, delivery is in the hands of the courier gods. We don’t guarantee delivery times and can’t control delays once your order leaves us.

7. No Returns (Sorry, Not Sorry)

Due to hygiene (and the fact no one wants used toe socks), all sales are final. Faulty product? Email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it. Change of mind, wrong size, “my cat doesn’t like them”? No refunds.

8. Liability

We’re here to sell socks, not solve global crises. We’re not liable for losses, damages, or heartbreak from using our site or products. Use them at your own risk (ideally on your feet).

9. Intellectual Property

Our name, logo, product designs, and content belong to Fetiche. Don’t steal them. Same goes for Shopify’s trademarks. Respect the brands, people.

10. Third-Party Stuff

We sometimes link to other sites. If you click away from us, you’re on their turf, their rules. We’re not responsible for what happens there.

11. Changes

We can update these Terms anytime. Keep an eye out, continued shopping means you agree to the latest version.
